Welcome to your Team’s Skills Fair 2025 Page

This page provides your team-specific schedule and links to your discipline content. Please attend during your assigned team session. If a conflict arises, limited make-up options may be available on a Monday or Friday; however, these are discouraged due to limited staffing and support availability and may require additional time beyond the typical team session.

To support a smooth and efficient Skills Fair experience, staff are encouraged to remain engaged, attentive, and mindful of time so that everyone can complete their required competencies and return to their day without delay.

Malden Team 2 Schedule:
Part 1: November 12, 2025 — 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Part 2: December: Date/Time TBD
Location: Malden Office

What to Bring

• Clinical bag/bin ready for review (including PPE).
• The tools of your trade — stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, and other commonly used equipment.
• Any device or access needed for documentation review, if applicable.
• ID badge and attire suitable for hands-on skills.

How to Use This Page

1. Confirm your team schedule above.
2. Use your team’s navigation buttons to access discipline-specific competencies and materials.
3. Arrive prepared and follow station flow and observer guidance during your Skills Fair session.
4. Complete any required follow-up tasks, such as documentation or remediation scheduling.

Annual Compliance Packet, Test & Attestation

All Care at Home staff are required to review the 2025 Annual Compliance and Training Packet and complete the test and attestation by December 31, 2025.

Note: Each participant will have one initial attempt to demonstrate each skill. If a skill is not satisfactory on the first attempt, you’ll review the material and return for a second attempt during this scheduled session time (if time allows). If you are unable to satisfactorily achieve the competency after the second attempt, you’ll be scheduled for remediation on November 19, 2025 (8:00–10:00 AM) for 1:1 coaching and re-evaluation. ** If you are unable to attend this scheduled session, you will coordinate with your manager and Clinical Staff Development to arrange an alternate time.**
