Administrative & Non-Clinical Staff: November 2025 Annual Skills & Compliance Validation

The following competencies apply to Administrative, Support, and Non-Clinical Staff participating in the November Skills Fair. These validations ensure continued compliance with Tufts Medicine Care at Home safety standards and regulatory requirements for all personnel working within clinical environments.

November Skills for Validation

• FIT Testing — Annual OSHA requirement verifying proper N95 mask fit and seal check for applicable staff.
• Hand Hygiene — Demonstration of correct hand hygiene technique using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water per CDC and DPH guidelines.

These competencies promote workplace safety and infection prevention across all roles. Any staff unable to attend their scheduled team session will coordinate a make-up or remediation time with Clinical Staff Development.

Reminder: All staff must complete the 2025 Annual Compliance and Training Packet, test, and attestation by December 31, 2025.
