2025 Annual Safety & Compliance Training and Test
The Annual Safety and Compliance Packet provides a comprehensive review of essential safety practices,
regulatory updates, and workplace expectations that apply across all programs within Tufts Medicine Care at Home.
Completion of this packet and test ensures alignment with agency policy, CMS Conditions of Participation, OSHA standards,
and Massachusetts and New Hampshire Department of Public Health requirements.
This year’s content reflects current standards in infection prevention, emergency preparedness, home safety, and employee health.
It reinforces our shared responsibility to maintain a safe environment for patients, families, visitors, and staff—across home health,
hospice, and inpatient hospice settings.

- Passing score: 80% or higher. Staff may review materials and retest if needed.
