Introduction: This document outlines the required E-Learning modules for all new staff at Tufts Medicine Care at Home. These modules are a key part of your orientation and serve to establish foundational knowledge, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safe, effective and equitable care across all disciplines.
E-Learnings are assigned by discipline to ensure that each staff member receives relevant, role-specific training, while also completing the core education required for all clinical roles.
You are expected to complete each module assigned to your discipline within the timeline defined. Modules marked as “All Staff” are mandatory across all clinical roles, regardless of discipline.
Each module is accompanied by clear instructions for tracking your completion (through online attestations and/or quizzes), and all E-Learnings are required to be completed as part of your discipline-specific competencies.
Please review the Instructions section before beginning. If you have any questions about which modules apply to you, or need help accessing the Education Portal, contact the Clinical Staff Education Team
