The 2025 Skills Fair has officially concluded. Thank you to all staff for your engagement, cooperation, and dedication throughout this year’s process.
For individuals who were unable to attend their scheduled sessions, we are finalizing the list of outstanding requirements and will work directly with your managers to coordinate dates and times for completion. We will make every effort to provide options that work for your schedules.
Staff who prefer to complete missed competencies by joining a new hire group may do so, but must contact Staff Development in advance so we can prepare for your participation.
All Care at Home staff must also complete the 2025 Annual Safety and Compliance Packet (available on this site) and pass the associated quiz with a score of 80% or higher. This requirement must be completed no later than December 31, 2025.
As part of our continued modernization of educational systems, we will be transitioning to Workday Learning and a redesigned Care at Home SharePoint in 2026. The initial launch timeline is being adjusted, and we will communicate an updated go-live date as soon as it is available. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and well-supported transition to these enhanced platforms.
