A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementias offers unique challenges in the home health care setting. Join the experts from C&V Senior Care for this best-practices training approach to Alzheimer’s and other dementias. The Alliance is excited to offer our members this multi-part online dementia education program.
The trainers are Katherine Vanderhorst, RN, MSN and Amy Craven, DPT from C & V Senior Care Services. They are experts in dementia and behavioral health care in home-based settings and advise home care and hospice agencies across the country on how to meet the needs of this special population of clients.
